Walnut shell also used to blast clean and polish soft metals, glass, fiberglass, wood, plastic and stone.

Walnut Shell is used in both tumbling and vibratory applications for polishing gems and jewellery. It also works as a de-burring and de-flashing product for molding, casting and electrical parts.

Walnut Shell is ground to various sizes ranging from coarse to extra fine, allowing for a fine degree of control over the desired finish. Like other soft media, Walnut Shell cleans and removes matter from surfaces without damaging underlying material.

A certain quantity of them, depending on the turbocharger size, is blown by compressed air into the exhaust gas lines before the gas inlet casing On account of their hardness and composition (natural solid granules, size 1.3-1.7 mm.) RXSOL Turbo Cleaner Dry Walnut Shell have an excellent mechanical cleaning eff ect (soft blast). As a rule, a turbine should be cleaned every 24 to 48 hours of operation.
