Marine & Ship Care
Compressor fouling costs a gas turbine 2–5% of output; RXSOL supplies the on-line and off-line (crank) wash chemistry used by power stations, offshore platforms and marine gas turbines, plus exterior cleaners for aircraft and ground equipment. Turbine: RXSOL 27 Gas Turbine Compressor Cleaning Fluid (water-based, ash-free, meets the usual OEM limits on sodium, potassium and sulphur), TURBOCLEAN HeavyDuty Hydrocarbon for oil-fouled compressors, Turbine Wash Antifreeze GT for sub-zero washing, Deionized Pure Water for rinse and dilution, Dry Walnut Shell Turbocharger Cleaner for on-load cleaning of turbocharger turbines, and Citric Acid Anhydrous for scale. Aircraft and GSE: High Foaming Aircraft Cleaner, Air Craft Cleaner ORG AUTODRY, ColdWash Degreaser, Detergent Degreaser Concentrate (low foaming) and Enviro Soft Cleaner for painted surfaces; Coal Tar Cleaner for tar on gear and runways.
Frequently asked questions
What is the dilution for a gas-turbine crank wash?
RXSOL 27 is normally mixed 1:4 with demineralised water for off-line wash and 1:4–1:9 for on-line wash; the page gives the OEM-aligned ratio.
Is RXSOL 27 ash-free?
Yes — it is a water-based, ash-free detergent with controlled trace-metal limits; the certificate of analysis lists Na, K, Ca, Pb, V and S.
Do you supply demineralised water with the cleaner?
Yes — deionised pure water in 25 L and 200 L packs.
How does walnut-shell cleaning work?
Crushed shell is injected into the turbocharger at load; it scours deposits without damaging blades and burns off in the exhaust.
