Fuel treatment pays for itself in fewer purifier cleanings, cleaner exhaust valves and stable low-sulphur blends. The RXSOL range covers heavy fuel oil, marine gas oil, diesel and gas-turbine fuels. Combustion and deposit control: Fuel Additive RXSOL 4500, Fuel M15 and ALCA SOL RX improve atomisation and reduce carbon and soot. Water and sludge: Demulsifier Fuel Oil Premium separates entrained water in settling tanks; FOT Low Sulphur Conditioner restores lubricity and stability to VLSFO and ULSFO blends. Cold weather: Cold Flow Improver and Pour Point Dispersant keep distillates pumpable; Fuel System Icing Inhibitor FSII prevents ice in aviation and gas-turbine fuel lines. Hot corrosion: Vanadium Inhibitor HFO Fuel Additive GT protects turbine blades from vanadium–sodium ash. Also listed: potassium methylate/methoxide for biodiesel transesterification and hydrazine hydrate grades used in fuel-side oxygen control.
Doses are typically 1 litre per 4–10 tonnes of fuel and are given per product; packs are 25 and 210 litres.

What dose of combustion improver for HFO?
RXSOL 4500 is dosed at about 1:4,000 to 1:10,000 by volume into the bunker or settling tank; the product page gives the exact ratio.
Which additive handles water in diesel?
Demulsifier Fuel Oil Premium drops free water to the tank bottom for draining; for emulsified water in the fuel system use the fuel-system icing inhibitor where ice is the risk.
Do you have an additive for VLSFO stability problems?
FOT Low Sulphur Conditioner is formulated for 0.5% sulphur blends to reduce sludge and improve lubricity.
Is the vanadium inhibitor suitable for gas turbines?
