Coolant Glycol Antifreeze
Oil Field & Heavy Industry
RXSOL coolants are supplied both as finished products and as raw glycol for site blending. Finished: Antifreeze Coolant Liquid (ethylene-glycol based, inhibited), Coolant Silicate Free Premium (OAT/carboxylate for modern engines), Coolant BESS Guard for battery energy-storage thermal loops, Coolant Premix Redcool 50/50, Heat Transfer Cool 50 and GlycoCool G148 SC for chillers and process cooling. Raw: HT Fluid Ethylene Glycol, Ethylene Glycol 30 percent, propylene glycol (food-safe heat transfer), Polypropylene Glycol 2000, with dye for MEG and diethylenetriamine for formulators. Packs 20, 25, 210 litres and IBC.
Pages give the freeze-point and concentration table (for example 30% MEG ≈ −15 °C, 50% ≈ −37 °C), the reserve-alkalinity test and the change interval.
Frequently asked questions
What glycol concentration do I need for −20 °C?
About 35–40% ethylene glycol by volume; see the freeze-point table on the product page.
Can I mix OAT coolant with conventional coolant?
Not recommended — the inhibitor packages differ; drain and flush before changing type.
Which coolant is food-safe?
Propylene-glycol based Heat Transfer Liquid for breweries, dairies and food-plant chillers.
Do you sell bulk MEG?
Yes — mono-ethylene glycol in drums and IBC from Navi Mumbai and Kandla.
